Corporate Bootcamps

Corporate wellness programs not only increase productivity and reduce insurance costs, they also increase team unity. Providing on-site fitness programs allows employees to maintain or boost their fitness levels while reducing stress and fatigue. This has been shows to reduce the number of sick days and on the job injuries. Not to mention it's fun!

Private Bootcamps

Private Bootcamps are a great way to bring a group of friends together and have fun while working out. Push, challenge and motivate each other in a safe and fun environment.  Locations vary and are custom.

Couples Training

Working out as a couple is a fun way to exercise. Whether you like to playfully harass each other or push one another to the max, having a trainer to guide you helps keep you on track.

Semi-Private Training

When you want to reduce the cost of private training but still want close supervision and guidance, semi-private is the way to go. Grab a buddy and let the butt kicking begin. It's fun and challenging, but be ready to work.
